Tibetan woman has been awarded 3 lakh rupees to help her with humanitarian work.

Dharamshala, 31st August: The governor’s secretariat of Punjab Raj Bhavan, with the approval of the governor of Punjab, granted Ms. Tsering Dolkar a payment of three lakh rupees on August 26th. Ms. Tsering Dolkar, often known as “Tibetan Mother Theresa,” is well-known in Chandigarh for her humanitarian service efforts. Ms. Tsering Dolkar will be aided in her humanitarian activities with this sum.

The ORDER states that this grant would be used to help the needy and ailing people of Chandigarh and that no recurring expenditures will be made with this money. The charges are also debitable between the years 2021 and 2022, according to the ORDER.

The Grant ORDER further stated that This grant must be used, and a Utilization Certificate must be obtained. After the grant has been used, a format accompanied by an expenditure voucher must be provided to this office as soon as possible.

Ms. Tsering Dolkar shared the news on her Facebook page with the following statement: It’s honour to be invited by Respected Principal Secretary Shri JM Balamurugan @Punjab Rajbhawan. Your appreciation inspired me to keep working hard and adding more value. This recognition make all the efforts even more worthwhile.

Mr. J.M. Balamurugan, the Principal Secretary to the Governor of Punjab, received a letter from His Holiness the Dalai Lama’s office in which they expressed their gratitude for their support.
