Tibetan President Saddened by Sridevi’s Sudden Death

The Tibetan political leader, President Lobsang Sangay also participated in the mourning of the sudden death of legendary Bollywood actress Sridevi from a cardiac arrest. The Tibetan leader took to the Twitter to cherish the memories of her movies and told that he will too miss her like millions would do.

“Sad to learn an unexpected death of Sri Devi. Enjoyed all her movies during Delhi University days. Like millions I will miss her too.” tweeted the Tibetan leader on Sunday after the news of Sridevi’s sudden death during early hours of Sunday in Dubai.

The veteran actress who had gone along with her family to attend her nephew Mohit Marwah’s wedding in Dubai and reportedly died on Saturday night of a terrible cardiac arrest. The Bollywood actress was just 54 years old.

While millions of people poured out their condolences to her family over the unbelievable news, almost every member of Bollywood film fraternity to wrote in their social media pages, expressing their deep sadness over the loss of such a versatile actor at such a young age.

Among these mourners, the President of India, Shri. Ram Nath Kovind as well as the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi issued their condolences over the great loss.

“Shocked to hear of passing of movie star Sridevi. She has left millions of fans heartbroken. Her performances in films such as Moondram Pirai, Lamhe and English Vinglish remain an inspiration for other actors. My condolences to her family and close associates.” said the official Twitter account of the President of India.

“Saddened by the untimely demise of noted actor Sridevi. She was a veteran of the film industry, whose long career included diverse roles and memorable performances. My thoughts are with her family and admirers in this hour of grief. May her soul rest in peace: PM” tweeted the official Twitter account of the Prime Minister’s office.
