Simultaneously, the Tibetan Association of New York & New Jersey also paid heartfelt tributes to one of the most dedicated allies of His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan people.

Norbu Tsering, President of the Tibetan Association of New York & New Jersey, expressed the profound impact Senator Feinstein had on the Tibetan struggle. “The representative of the U.S. Senate has been a strong supporter of the Tibetan struggle throughout her life. She has played a pivotal role during a critical moment in the Tibetan freedom struggle, and her death is a great loss for the Tibetans and our cause,” Tsering said.
