The Dalai Lama Foundation (DLF) announced the 2018 Tibetan Graduate (M.A. and Ph.D.) Scholarships for full-time Tibetan graduate students studying in Europe/Australia/North America. This program is a scholarship grant of up to US$10,000 that will be awarded to around 18 exceptional candidates.
