The United States city of Richmond in California has issued a proclamation recognizing the upcoming 60th anniversary of Tibetan National Uprising Day on March 10, 2019. The Richmond City Council has proclaimed the March 10, 2019 as ‘Tibet Day’ through the official declaration.
