Minneapolis passed Tibet resolution on Friday during the commemoration of Tibetan National Uprising day despite China’s threat against their friendly ties both in terms of economic and cultural exchanges. The resolution honours the self determination of the Tibetans and declares the March 10 as the Tibet Day in honour of the 58th Tibetan Uprising day.
