Kelsang Gyaltsen Bawa, the representative of the Tibetan exiled administration in Taiwan, stated on Thursday during a book launch ceremony at the Legislative Yuan that the decades-long Chinese tyranny against the Tibetans was to serve as a warning to Taiwanese.
