Rajendra Arlekar, the Governor of Himachal Pradesh, attended a Tibetan Youth Congress rally on Tuesday. Sikyong Penpa Tsering was also present at the occasion, which marked the culmination of the Tibetan Youth Congress’ golden jubilee festivities.
