The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama has applauded the European Union leaders over reaching a historic recovery agreement. Following the announcement of unanimous agreement by the leaders of EU countries on Tuesday, the spiritual leader lauded the spirit of taking importance of common interest into priority.
