His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama leaves for a public talk in New Delhi. His Holiness left from his residential town Dharamshala this afternoon to public talk in New Delhi at Talkatora Stadium on 5th February which is being organised by the Vidyaloke. The public talk is the inaugural public talk of the organiser, Vidyaloke.
