The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama return to his temporal abode in exile, Dharamshala after a tour of more than a month to Delhi, Sansika, Mumbai and Bodhgaya on Friday early morning. His Holiness also congratulated the historic re-election of Nancy Pelosi as the speaker of the House.
