IIT Bombay TechFest to Host Lecture by His Holiness Dalai Lama

One of the most reputed institutes in India, the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay is all set to host a lecture by the Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama at their Tech Fest in December. The IIT Bombay Tech Fest is scheduled for three days between December 14 and 16 this year while His Holiness is deliver his lecture on December 14 noon.

But if you listen, you may learn something new.” Techfest IIT Bombay on its Facebook page wrote to introduce His Holiness the Dalai Lama as their speaker” Techfest, IIT Bombay is honoured and delighted to unveil one of the most prominent names in its Lecture Series for the year 2018-19, His Holiness The 14th Dalai Lama (Tenzin Gyatso). Honoured with the Nobel Peace Prize for his struggle for the liberation of Tibet and the efforts for a peaceful resolution of the same, he stands as an idol to everyone. While this year’s version of ‘A Session with Dalai Lama’ featured other prominent figures like late Dr. Abdul Kalam and late Dr John Forbes Nash Jr, Nobel Laureate in Economics among others in the past. This is the 22nd edition of Tech Fest organized by the IIT.
