The first title holder of Mr. Tibet, Nyima who won the contest held in October last year is now selected as one of the contestants for the Mr. Global 2018 contest. The international contest for men is scheduled to be held in Bangkok on July 21 this year and Mr. Nyima from Bangalore will be representation Tibet at the international pageant.
Mr. Tibet announced the news on his personal social media accounts by expressing his gratitude towards all his supporters who has been with him all of the difficult patches in successfully getting selected for the international platform. The young Tibetan has pledged to take the dream of a higher achievement forward and not let his supporters down.
“It was never easy for me to get there but finally, it got done. A long dreamed dream has finally come true. I will never be more proud than to represent my beloved country, Tibet before the world. My deepest gratitude to all the people whose supports and ecouragements made my every step faster. I will never stop dreaming bigger and never let you all down. Dear friends, fans and countrymen, It is time to make an another big step Mister Global2018.” said the announcement from Mr. Nyima on his Facebook account.
The organizers of the event shared the list of all the 40 contestants selected for taking part at the 5th anniversary of the global event. Apart from Tibet’s representative, there are representatives from China, India, Brazil, Korea, Nepal, Spain, Singapore and so on… The organizers shared a collage of pictures of all the participants on their social media.
“Mister Global 2018 will start in a few weeks’ time. This year more than 40 countries will be celebrating the 5th Anniversary of the Mister Global Pageant that will be broadcast live from The Stage at Asiatique Bangkok on July 21. The contestants will be arriving into Thailand on July 12 and will begin the pre-pageant filming to promote environmental consciousness and Thailand tourism. Let’s meet the 40 selected contestants.
