The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama is scheduled to give teachings in the month of May. Those wishing to attend the teachings are directed to register themselves now. According to the official mediums, devotees can now avail online registration for the sacred teachings in Dharamshala.
His Holiness will give three days of teachings on Tsongkhapa’s The Three Principal Paths (lamtso namsum) & The Furthest Everlasting Continuum (Sanskrit: Uttaratantra) (Tibetan: gyu lama) at the request of Russians in the mornings of 10-12 May, 2019 at Main temple.
According to the announcement on the official website of Central Tibetan Administration, all devotees attending the teaching are requested to avoid bringing all kinds of electronics, cameras, mobile phones, knives, cigarettes and lighters or match-boxes and unnecessary items to the teaching venue due to security reasons. It is also advised to wear decent and proper attire while attending the teachings.
It has also advised the practitioners of Dorje Shugden or Dholgyal not to attend the teachings as this would only be a cause of corrupting the bond between the master and the disciple.His Holiness has recovered from a chest infection he encountered last month.
