Dalai Lama Explains About Meaningful Life to Students

The Tibetan spiritual leader while speaking to a group of students from Denmark on how to live a meaningful life with no regrets at the time of death explained that death is a part of life. The group of foreign students were granted audience by His Holiness at his residence in Dharamsala, India at the beginning of this month.

According to the video posted by the office of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on Monday, His Holiness explains that death, illness, old age is part of life and it will come whatever. Therefore His Holiness advised that it is better to consider death as a part of our life as sooner or later, it will come into our life.

“The important thing is that while we are alive, our life should be meaningful. Meaningful means if possible, help others. If not, at least refrain from harming others. That is a meaningful life. Then when the end comes, you will not have any regrets.” His Holiness the Dalai lama explains in the video.
