A 4.4-Magnitude Earth Quake Hits Tibet

The official state media Xinhua reported that a 4.4-magnitude earthquake hit Nyima County of Nagchu in Tibet Autonomous Region at 9 a.m. today according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).

The epicenter was monitored at 34.32 degrees north latitude and 86.18 degrees east longitude with a depth of 7 km, according to the CENC.

This is a light earthquake and no effect of disaster is reported as this quake could have been felt as a certain tremors by only few people.
