Bollywood Actor Boman Irani’s Message to Tibetans on March 10

Ace Bollywood actor Mr. Boman Irani has shared a message to the Tibetans on the recently commemorated Tibetan National Uprising day on March 10, 2018. According to the live streamed video message of the Indian actor being circulated in the social media, Mr. Irani tells the Tibetan people to stay strong!

“So today is 59th Tibetan National Uprising day, so to the Tibetan people stay strong, you will not believe how many people in this world are supporting you! You will achieve what you intend to…” said the ace Bollywood actor while speaking to his fans in a live streaming session on the Facebook on March 10 this year.

This is definitely a special solidarity expression from such a high profile celebrity in India while the Indian government has recently taken a step to avoid high profile Tibetan events in New Delhi featuring His Holiness the Dalai Lama in their context of appeasing the Chinese counterparts.

While Mr. Boman Irani is the first person to show solidarity to the Tibetan people from Bollywood, Actor John Abraham had earlier met with the Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama seeking his blessing for the upcoming film ‘Parmanu’ that also stars Mr. Boman Irani.

Boman Irani is a 55 year old Indian film and theatre actor, voice artist and photographer of Parsi Irani descent. He is widely known for his comedic and villain roles in Bollywood films such as Don, Munna Bhai MBBS, 3 Idiots, Happy New Year, PK and Dilwale.
