Bill Maher slams John Cena and LeBron James over kowtowing to China

Dharamshala, 15th March: Although HBO comedian Bill Maher frequently promotes Democrats’ left-wing agenda, he properly chastised liberal celebrities who continue to kowtow to communist China’s demands. Despite continuous human rights violations, Maher singled out NBA player LeBron James and actor John Cena for “kowtowing” to the communist state. Forced labor, systematic torture, illegal detention, religious freedom violations, totalitarian monitoring, organ harvesting, and abusive psychiatric techniques are among the allegations leveled against China.

While the Olympic games were being held in China, Maher emphasized the importance of Americans backing the democratic government. Maher underlined the importance of democracy in the United States, claiming that the NBA had an agreement with China to sell sneakers there. He also stated that kowtow is a Chinese phrase that the Americans have mastered.

LeBron James and the NIKE corporation are frequently loud about left-wing “social justice programs” in the United States, but they are frequently mute about their own ties to China, where human rights crimes are rampant. Celebrities desire access to the Chinese markets for financial advantage. This implies they can’t disturb the Chinese Communist Party in any way.

Maher points out that in exchange for access to China’s billion-plus consumers, American firms and celebrities must remain mute on the country’s genocides and reeducation camps.

According to Maher, John Cena signed the contract since China accounts for 34% of worldwide box office, and he’s now a cinematic star. Taiwan was referred to as a country by John as if it were a different country from China, which it is. China, on the other hand, wants to do to Taiwan what it did to Tibet and is now doing to Hong Kong.

‘In the original ‘Top Gun,’ Tom Cruise wore a bomber jacket with the flags of various Asian countries that are our allies embroidered on the back,’ Maher continued. For the upcoming ‘Top Gun: Maverick,’ the Taiwanese flag has mysteriously vanished.

Maher also slammed Eileen Gu, an 18-year-old skier who defied the United States and participated for China in the 2016 Olympics.
