A Tibetan man is reported to have test COVID-19 positive from Bylakuppe settlement in South India. According to the Tibetan report, a man under quarantine at the settlement has tested positive to pandemic virus after many days of arrival. This is the first case of Coronavirus infection among Tibetans in the region.
